I enjoy drawing random things such as road layouts, skyscrapers, and graphs. (Yes, I know it's weird.)
I try to create realistic road layouts for the specific region that my (fake) city is in. I enjoy this because..... I don't know why. It's just a great creative outlet for me. Below is one of my cities. There's a technique called road hierarchy that I love to use and in order to create cities, you must understand and be able to use it.
