I chose a dress on the internet to describe. I described the details of the dress. I chose this dress because it had a lot of detail that I could describe.
A dark blue dress, the blue almost black. The dress has no sleeves instead you have thick dark blue straps on both sides of the dress. Then the dress has a secular neck line more circular than a ball. A few inches down a flower embroidery starters the vines and leaves are light green and dark green. Each petal of a flower is red and orange with a hint of yellow. The circle around the dress crossing each other time after time. The outline of the dress is very slim then around mid thigh it starts to flow outward until it reaches the floor. The flowers become less and less as the dress gets flower and flower. Her hair is in the bun you can see each strand of some falling out and some stuck together.
your piece had alot of describtion and you did a good job with writing the piece.

ReplyDeleteI like the way you wrote this, and the description of the dress. I could imagine it in my head, but it would have been interesting to see a picture of the dress after you described it, maybe with separation in between it and the writing, so that I could compare wat I thought of with the description to the actual dress. Or a link.
